During the 2025 Mobile World Congress (MWC), GlocalMe officially released the PetPhone. The device is fixed to the pet's neck through a neck strap. Its main functions include:
- Two-way communication: The built-in behavior recognition module can analyze the pet's barking or movements. When abnormal emotions (such as anxiety) are detected, an alarm is automatically sent to the owner's mobile phone, and the owner can respond remotely through the device [2];
- Health monitoring: Real-time collection of pet heart rate, body temperature and other physiological data for the owner to view through the supporting application, and support health monitoring and positioning functions [1-2];
- Positioning tracking: Using GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth hybrid positioning technology to improve positioning accuracy in indoor and outdoor environments
As of March 2025, pet mobile phones use the following technical solutions:
Multimodal interaction: Combining sound recognition and sensor data analysis to optimize the accuracy of pet emotion judgment, and integrating multiple tracking technologies - GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth [2];
Low-power design: Adapted to the needs of pets to wear for a long time, the official claims that a single charge can last up to 72 hours
